Make Them Stop, Smile, and Message   (Day one!)

Day 1 — Tue, Dec 30, 2025

ree

I’m going to get you ready for Dating Sunday! (yep, this Sunday, January 4)

Let’s be real: your photos are the difference between “Ooh… yes” and “Hard pass.”

Here’s some inside scoop from the “higher-ups I know”…Bumble expects a 25% increase in sign-ups while Match is projecting 35-45%.  (On Jan 4 and the next 10 days after)

Dating Sunday is the Super Bowl of online dating—the first Sunday in January when the dating platforms and apps turn into a packed stadium of new sign-ups, returners, and “this is my year” confidence. Translation: your profile gets prime-time attention, and conversations actually move like adults. Show up looking like the main character, and you’re not just browsing—you’re getting booked. To make it simple for you, I’m doing a 5-day series to get you ready! (hey, let’s make it fun and not overwhelming).

Today’s Move (15 minutes): Your Top 3 Photos (in this order)

  1. Lead photo: clear face, great light, warm smile (no sunglasses, no shadow-hat situation)

  2. Full-length: current, flattering, confident posture (no bathroom mirror)

  3. Lifestyle: you doing something real (travel, concert, cooking, tennis, museum, dog walk)

Instant Turnoffs (delete these today)

  • first photo = sunglasses

  • first photo = group shot (we’re not playing “Guess Who”)

  • old pics (if the photo could vote, it’s time)

  • heavy filters (this isn’t animation)

Ready to date… but not interested in turning it into a part-time job?

Let me be your unfair advantage in 2026.

I’m Andrea—fast, fun, and wildly effective (hello, 65%+ success rate). Oprah literally called me the original dating coach and the Godmother of Modern Dating—so if you want better matches, less time-wasting, and a relationship that actually sticks… click here and let’s do this.

Optional Upgrade I highly recommend (5 minutes)

Add two “life-now” photos that whisper: great life, great energy—join me.

Think: the photo of you in front of your Christmas tree, chic dinner out, candid laughter. I’ve seen some terrific photos this week from clients I am working with—a surfing photo, a client with her Dalmatian puppy, a hockey game cheering photo---these types show the real you and they were all candids!

And, don’t forget a good caption and date the photo! (sorry, I had to blurr out some faces in the photo above at client request)
