❤️ A Wedding, A Widow, and Why This Email Isn’t About Cake

Think this is just another birthday email with a promo? Okay, a tiny bit. 😉But something happened recently that reminded me exactly why I’ve done this work for 32 years—and why I’m not stopping anytime soon.

My husband got off the phone with his brother in Huntington Beach yesterday and casually said

“PJ says to tell you Grace got married.”

Huh? Typical guy-vagueness.

So I call PJ and find out Grace met her husband through 33000Dates. At dinner with friends, she mentioned it—and THEN said she met her first husband years ago through It’s Just Lunch, the company I started in 1990.

Yes, I matched her—twice. And yes, she called me, shocked and grateful. Grateful--she made MY day!

That was just one Sunday. But the past few weeks have been full of reminders that love stories still start—and restart—every day.

So, why am I telling you this?
